What User doesn't like about Andi's Talisay:
To quote my gf and I as we left.. “that was impressively bad.” Great spot for a beer. You can’t get much closer to the water and the view is beautiful. I strongly recommend against going for food.. if it’s like my experience it will be a spiritually draining one. Our favorite spot in Moalboal. The service is good and fantastic. They are kind and you can leave your bags and go for a snorkel below. The food they have is simple, but it's also the cheapest breakfast along the strip fronting the sea. A hotdogsilog is just P99 versus 250 in other spots WITHOUT their view.
