Consistency is crucial for me when it comes to fast food. I’m not seeking an extraordinary experience; I just want reliable quality. This Wendy's met my expectations, though it was somewhat understaffed. The reason I’m giving it four stars is that it took a bit longer to receive my food. While I understand the staffing situation, it wouldn’t be fair to rate it five stars or three based solely on this. They did what they could, and I hope they can hire more employees soon!

We experienced open discrimination from the manager during our visit. She raised her voice at my husband and refused to take our order. I strongly suggest that she be terminated. This incident took place at 3:30 PM on September 5, and the manager on duty did not provide us with her name.

Walked in this location one evening and the staff refused to take our order. Instead one (who seemed like the manager on duty) came from behind the counter to turn on a kiosk (since they were all off). We had to wait for it to come on, load, and log in just to place our simple order of 2 meals. I would understand if they were busy or short staffed but we were the ONLY customers there and several employees were just standing around behind the counter. Two of whom kept hanging out by the register. Where has good customer service gone?

We came in when the restaurant was almost empty, made our order, and had to wait for what seemed to me an eternity to have our supposedly fast food. During that time, people keep coming and the queue to get their order kept on growing. I don't know whythe service was so slow. The food was ok. Just what you would expect from this kind of restaurant. The restaurant felt very coldand unwelcoming. Not the place where you would want to stay more than necessary. Oh, and the WiFi was very slow too.

Consistency is key when it comes to fast food for me. I?m not looking for a unique, one of a kind experience. I just want consistent and good. This Wendy?s lived up to that, despite being severely understaffed. The reason for a four star is it tookquite a while to get the food; understandable considering the number of employees, but it wouldn?t be fair to give a five staror three on that basis. They did what they could. Hopefully they can get more employees soon!
