I ate my first night in Moab, the bar is back. karen was my bartender and she was fabulous. the animals were ice cold and the bbq was also quite brilliant. the ribs were falling from the bone delicious. they have five different sauces, my favs were the hot and the screed. pulled pork was also delicious and the mac and cheese was quite dang tasty as well. the prices were also very reasonable! Nice establishment, the bar is to the back area. We came during a rush and bartender was nice. We got a table and had to order drinks and food from the bar. Nice menu with lots of side options. The sauces were really good, I like both of the BBQ and the mustard kind. Not to big on vinegar taste. Drinks were good, food was lukewarm/cold and sausage could've been smoked a little more.
