I’m giving it 2 stars bec... read more I just can't wrap my head around how this place has received such positive reviews unless this is simply the best they’ve experienced. I’m giving it 2 stars because the burgers were decent. Otherwise, it would have received just 1 star. The Diet Coke tasted mostly like carbonated water, and the fries were overcooked and hard—seemingly baked or left under a heat lamp for far too long. And then there was the chili. Oh my goodness, the chili. It was the worst part of the meal, clearly straight from a can. I could smell it before it even hit the table, and it only made the already disappointing fries worse. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, which was not worth the price we paid for two burgers (one with chili cheese fries and one with cheese fries), two chicken tenders with fries, and a hamburger steak with fries. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the cheese on the cheese and chili cheese fries was just greasy shredded cheddar—not at all what you'd expect for cheese fries.
