The employee told me they couldn't add items at the window.... read more I was at the payment window, ready to pay for our order, when I asked to add two chicken sandwiches. The employee told me they couldn't add items at the window. I accepted this and went ahead with the payment. After she handed me the food and closed the window, we were asked to pull around again since there were no cars in line, so I could place a new order for the sandwiches. I'm not sure why this was necessary.
