Panarottis - Mitchells Plain

I would like to Thank the staff of Panarottis Mitchell Plain (Promenade Mall). A warm welcome and outstanding service. My waitress Lindiwe was super fantastic, she is truly the best and the only waitress to ever give me superb service as a valued customer of Panarottis. I have went to many Franchises but the is always a problem with the food or staff members. She is brilliant, the food was beautifully presented and tasteful. Everything was on time. I wish to see many of your staff presenting themselves the way Lindiwe did. Thanks to her for making my experience superb. When I went to place , I had decided that It was the last am going to a Panarottis Franchise. A big thank you should be given to Lindiwe for 'Retention '.Am surely going back to Panarottis Mitchell Plain!

How about an extra additional 8 stars to Vee the only manager that could pay attention to the crying discontent customer customer service couldn’t be better than that you have rendered I was pleased and most all most likely to return after all the trouble she undertook just to fulfill a five star service thus I re evaluate my rating to a world class level many thanks

Edit to my original review: thank you to the manager Vee. She's great in her job and the only reason this store will be seeing me every month again. Pizza was good but service was truly great. Thank you Vee. 5 star service. 4 star food.

Awesome experience. Would gladly go again! I love the intimate vibes there. And their Pizzas never disappoint!
