She took the time to explain why the chili cheese fries were off the menu and went out of her way to help me get them anyway. I really appreciate the excellent service! Normally, I don't buy food often in this area because I prefer dining elsewhere due to poor service, but Miché even sought assistance from other staff members, who were equally helpful. Though I didn't catch their names, I want to thank them all for their exceptional service. With this level of service, I can see the restaurant thriving and making millions! Keep up the fantastic work, and I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!

When I mention... read more I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald's in Promenade Mall, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tingaza Pupu and Anele Dikana. When I mentioned that I saw the cheese chili fries available for order, they apologized and explained that they had been issuing refunds all day due to a lack of cutlery and complaints from customers. Despite this, they went above and beyond to activate the cheese chili fries for me. As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work. Their work ethic is top-notch, and I believe they deserve a significant raise. These employees are on another level, and their efforts should be recognized!

We were at the self service machine and just as we selected our brea... read more On Sunday 29 January 2023, myself and my Husband went to this McDonald's to have breakfast. We were at the self service machine and just as we selected our breakfast the Menu changed to the Lunch/Dinner Menu. A Lovey Lady called Xola Somkoba came and asked if we needed assistance and we told her that we wanted to order breakfast but the Menu changed. She asked us if we can wait a minute, she will find out at the kitchen if they can assist us. Less than a minute she was back and she arranged our breakfast order. This is the first time ever that we have received such WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from McDonald's as a whole. Please make sure that you TREASURE and look WELL after this Lovely Lady.
