I spend atleast 20min through the drive thru when I'm 3rd or 4th in line and inside the restaurant more or less the same, but somehow my orders are either incorrect or incomplete, or they are out of stock, i guess its just bad timing most of the time. Most of Mc d's outside Mitchell's plain has better service. Just because it's Mitchell's plain doesn't mean the restaurant has to be like the area. Come on Mc d's, I know you can do better. I take my kids there almost every day after school or for supper, and it's their favorite place. Once in a while, it would be nice to go through a drive thru like normal and not go through and wait to move every 5 to 10 mins
