Little Caesars Pizza - Mitchell

I had the worst experience here ever. The manager here is so rude? when I hadn?t received all of my order from the drive thru window I patiently waited 15 min. Without a single complaint as the manager walked past the drive thru window multiple times? never acknowledged I was there.. then proceeded to open the window and chew me out for not getting out of my vehicle and getting my drink from the Lobby myself.. I?m a frequent visitor at little ceasars? I will looking elsewhere now.

I ordered 5 pizzas around 7 pm and this store closes at 9. The cashier told me I should?ve called in my order but he said to wait 15 minutes. So when I went back in there to get the pizza I asked to speak to the manager and he said I am the manager and said darn huh. Luckily my daughter recorded our conversation. This place sucks and very predjudice. Never again.

Terrible experience. Boatload of mushrooms on a pizza that I ordered and arrived cold. Want a refund? Can?t do that here!! Owner is in Arizona soaking up the sun until April 2022. Store manager was quite defensive, hardly offering even an apology or a re-delivery.

Took 20 minutes to get a hot n ready pizza and bread sticks. Got home and the pizza looked like it was sliced by a 2 year old and was generally just a sloppy mess. And the breadsticks were so greasy could barely hold em.. was pretty obvious there wasnt a person in there that knew what was goin on.. basically hot garbage.

Great personal, friendly very efficient very friendly, they always make sure that everything is satisfactory for me.
