Almost everyone had food (keep in mind there were only two other tables) but my medium rare steak took over 30 minutes to come out. While I was there, there were two bartenders. One was working and doing stuff to close while the other one sat with who looked like the boss/manager and was holding hands, leaning on, and very publicly showing affection. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism even though the food was decent. Ruined my experience that I had to watch that while eating.

When we brought it up, all they offere... read more This is the worst service I have ever experienced! The burger for my 8-year-old came out cooked to a medium rare at best. When we brought it up, all they offered to do was throw the partially eaten burger back on the grill or make a new one. By that time, my child had lost their appetite, so we requested for it to be removed from the bill. However, we were told that they do not do that at this restaurant. When I tried to explain that the burger was undercooked, I was told that I should have mentioned it earlier.

Keep in mind, its a little pricey but remember, you get what y... read more As a truck driver I get to eat at several steakhouses around the county. This place is wonderful. Keep in mind, its a little pricey but remember, you get what you pay for. Staff was all smiles and very friendly. Our waitress (Frankie) made us feel athome, put smiles on our face, and was honest as to what was best for our taste this evening. We usually try to cover all theground we can, but this place is going to make us take a day when passing through and be sure to stop. Comfortable walk to andfrom the truckstop as well.

We said something and all that was done was we were told that they could throw the (already partially eaten) burger BACK on the grill or cook us a newone. By that point my child had lost their appetite so we asked them to take it off the bill. We were told ?we don?t do thathere?. When I tried to explain that the burger was not done I was told you should have told the server to have it cooked welldone. The owner argued with us on how the burger was cooked. He said it is medium well. Sorry but that?s almost raw. Wewere told ? sorry we won?t do anything for you? and walked away. He had no regards to customer service in any way shape orform.
