I placed an order for lunch at 12:05 and still have not received my food three hours later. I have attempted to call the restaurant multiple times but have not gotten through, only hearing hold music and an automated voice thanking me for my patience. The service has been extremely poor. Delivery was promised but has not been provided. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Price per person was $20-30. Service: 1/5.
I ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread online from Marcos, but when the delivery arrived, it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant, but only an automated system answered and I was on hold for over 20 minutes without any staff picking up. This will be the last time I order from Marcos. We ended up not eating anything because we couldn't get the right order, so we were out $40 with no supper. I was frustrated that the restaurant had an automated system answering their phone and then no staff answered. Delivery service was very disappointing.
The staff were very welcoming and the pizza was delicious. I highly recommend trying the Garden Pizza (Vegetarian). Food rating: 4 out of 5, Service rating: 5 out of 5, Atmosphere rating: 4 out of 5. It's a must-visit restaurant!
