Dinner menu is huge, so many types of food to choose from, something for everyone. We went on a quiet night and everything was perfect, All 6 of us enjoyed our meals. Glad we finally tried it out. View all feedback.
What Douglas Reynolds doesn't like about Birdie & Eagle Bistro:
used too big, now with frozen veg, which is a huge drain. burger, steak sadwas still very good. fresh sandwiches come without butter if they do not want to ask that butter, spread the majority of the hunters as on the brot. great location and potential is huge. needs a tweaking View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is delicious. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is not too busy.
Overlooking the Bathurst Golf course so that's relaxing!! Lunch was a bit ho-hum but the dinner menu is much better. And currently they have a great Wednesday special - 2 mains for the price of one!!
We visited this venue after reading good reviews here on tripadvisor. We were a large group of kids and adults who visited on the Saturday night of the June long weekend. They accommodated us at the last moment and everyone enjoyed their meals, except 1 who ordered lamb cutlets. He mentioned there was little meat and to much fat. As a group though everyone was thoroughly pleased with there meals. Its only a small club and I'm sure the view over the golf club would be lovely in the day.
Both full menu and bar menu are first class, great mid week specials, and Sunday roast, fantastic value
Go here regularly for the breakfast takeaway special - bacon and egg roll, hash brown and coffee for only $8.50 - and its delicious - cannot beat the value.
