Mitchell 101 Bar And Grill
Mitchell 101 Bar And Grill
Description
In a town with limited dining options, one restaurant stands out, yet garners mixed reviews. While some patrons praise the ample portions and prompt service, others find the food uninspired and basic, likening it to a home-cooked meal that could be made more affordably. A notable issue was a lack of soups and an inexperienced kitchen, leading to disillusioned diners. Conversely, those who enjoyed flavorful dishes like wings and wraps highlighted the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Ultimately, this establishment may suffice in a pinch, but better options abound just down the road.

A wonderful experience celebrating our father’s birthday at the newly owned family run Mitchell Restaurant Bar and Grill. Warm hospitality from Joseph and the food was amazing by his talented brother. Delicious butter chicken, chicken souvlaki and hamburgers! Definitely try this great place!
Happened across this restaurant today and was not expecting much...I thought it was excellent! Had a Mexican Burger I could hardly finish it was so big, came with fries that were delicious. Mom had 1/2 rack of ribs with fries and slaw. Would definitely recommend what we had!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Basic The most basic food I 've ever purchased. The service was quick, which was great. I found the pub like viewing of CNN interesting. Good wheel chair access It was the only restaurant in town open this day though. There was no soup due to we were told it was not ordered enough last week, so they decided to not make the macaroni tomato soup again . The two sandwiches and salad ordered were so basic and ordinary, we could have enjoyed a much cheaper meal at home ourselves. In fact a order at the grocery store up the road would have been equivalent and cheaper. They have cooks- not experienced, not chefs. If there 's no other option, then I guess.. but Tim Hortons down the road will be just as good, if not better. Wilted salad is not something I enjoyed.
