First timer as of 5 minutes ago. Will absolutely be going back. I had the spicy steak ramen while my wife had the miso ramen both delicious. The steak proved tender while the broth mouthwatering. I will say that bamboo has a distinct odor-I would hesitate to describe it as plesant surprisingly the flavor and texture is delectable. This place doesn't cut corners. Service was slow but we went at 6pm on a Friday and they were very busy (including a long drive through line) and seemed to have only one server inside.
