When I returned it to the staff to report the issue, they offered to replace it but didn’t offer a refund. I’m not interested in exchanging a dish that had hair in it; I’m just grossed out and definitely don’t want more food with hair in it. The prices aren’t low either—$11 wasted. I'm giving 1 star for customer service and won’t be returning.

The cr... read more I was really disappointed with my experience. The food was unappetizing; the noodles were soaked in oil, and the cashew chicken was missing chive onions. The crab Rangoons were too sweet and cold, clearly not fresh. It seems like there might be new management or ownership because this was not the quality I expected. I won't be spending my money here again; General Chicken should be spicy, not sweet. Just to clarify, this wasn’t a DoorDash order—I ate in the mall, so my experience wasn’t related to delivery.

More bad than good at this point. Rice is still solid though. I just think they started ordering cheaper chicken. Hope this gets resolved.
