I am surprised that this place is so quiet when the boba tea is amazing. This is really a hidden gem in downtown CoMo. Each sip is full of flavor and chewy boba. The cups they use for the boba tea is sturdy and has a cute heart on it. The decor has a modern aesthetic to it. My only complaint is that the Hong Kong egg waffles tasted disgusting.
