Pizza Hut - Missouri City

This is the best pizza place around! I'm so grateful for the outstanding service I received from Mr. Karl. I had a special order for 19 hungry students and a fantastic office staff, and everything went flawlessly. I placed the order one day, and it all came together perfectly. Great job, Mr. Karl! Keep it up!

I want to rate this place zero stars. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm really frustrated right now. I ordered my pizza at 8:46 PM, and it’s now 12:51 AM, and I still haven’t received it. I've spoken to Carl, who assured me that my pizza was delivered at 11:12 PM and that he would call the delivery driver for an update. I never received a call back, and I still have no food. How can it take this long for a delivery that should take less than 7 minutes? I understand that you're understaffed, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Sincerely, a hungry pregnant woman.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pepper and beef, and only half topped with mushrooms for delivery. I paid for it, but what I received was very different. The delivery time was supposed to be a maximum of 35 minutes, but my pizza arrived about 45-50 minutes late. Instead of the stuffed crust I paid for, I got a hand-tossed crust. The toppings were only on one half, and instead of beef, there were sausages, along with an abundance of light mushrooms covering the whole pizza. This is unacceptable; I did not receive what I ordered, and I want a refund! I tried calling the restaurant multiple times right away, but no one answered. It just kept ringing. They really need to hire enough staff to answer the phone and properly fulfill orders. We had no choice but to eat what we were given, and while it was decent, it wasn't what I wanted. Please refund my money or send me the correct pizza I ordered!

I had never had a bad experience with pizza hut til today! had to wait and 15 minutes extra so they could get my pizza cup again, they gave it to someone. they were just good that they upgraded me and gave me a big one instead of the medium I ordered!

I spend 40 minutes waiting for a small pizza that fight workers and at the end they give me a complete other pizza.
