Gild has a great crew, fantastic brews, and a great place to unwind with some games. Friends and I stopped by Gild after a hike for the Frose drinks. Frozen rose wine similar to a strawberry daiquiri. YUM! We also ordered a taco and quesadilla that was good. However, we all remarked on the way the service is set up. Be prepared to go stand in line to put in an order and to also pay. Servers ONLY bring the food and drink out and do not check to see if you would like more. If you do, go stand in line again. I understand initially ordering in line but what a pain to have to que up over and over! The owners should check out the Backyard Taphouse in Florence to see how they expedite service but still take care of the customer. Gild is not a favorite just because of the lack of customer service. Dang!
