Famous Dave's is undoubtedly our favorite BBQ restaurant. While visiting friends in the city, we decided to celebrate the 4th of July with a BBQ, so naturally, we chose Dave's. The food was delicious once again! One of our friends raved about the Big Sky IPA, and it truly was excellent. Our server, Shanna, was hilarious and provided us with exceptional service. What Brad Bell doesn't like about Famous Dave's -b-que:
When you spend $150 on takeout and leave a $20 tip, you expect the order to be correct, or at least some friendly customer service. Instead, we ended up with a bunch of beans instead of mashed potatoes (which nobody will eat), burnt ribs (which nobody can eat), and a burger we asked for without BBQ sauce that came with BBQ sauce (which my daughter can’t eat). We rolled into Famous Dave's about 30 minutes before they were to close early on the 4th of July. We had 12 people, so we were hesitant to even ask to be seated. Not only did they seat us, but they opened up the back room so that we could all sit together. Shana was our server (who was supposed to be done working, but stayed because they were so busy) and she was so pleasant and happy to serve us! The food also gets 5 ?!
By far, Famous Dave's is our favorite BBQ restaurant. We were in town visiting friends and decided to celebrate the 4th of July with some BBQ, so of course we came to Dave's. So yummy, again! Itried the Big Sky IPA and it was really good. Shanna was our server and she was so fun and gave us great service.
Service, menu, and cleanliness are very good. The BBQ meat and sauces are good; not the best I've had but definitely above par. Sides are good as well. Thanks for offering sweet tea... Its quite rare in the north. Good slaw and sides.
We were told that it was going to be a little wait to get our food, so we knew to be patient. We sat on the bar side and the bartender was busy on our side and the outdoor area too. However, the food was worth the wait. We ordered (split) the slab of St Louis style ribs, true perfection! Side of mac cheese, corn on the cob and a sweet cornbread muffin. We still have enough ribs leftover for another meal. It's still one our top five places to eat!
Eating great people are very friendly enjoyed eating or taking them out top quality the waiter was great tonight and every Tuesday night they can get the combi tablet for two or the hard for two that get $45 they get $10 off on Tuesday evening big
