The rice was slightly greasy, but the portion was generous. The noodles, on the other hand, were flavorful and well-sauced.

I've always been a fan of Basil Box since it opened in the downtown core. This location is quite convenient, surrounded by various restaurants, but Basil Box stands out by offering fast food packed with flavor. The use of lemongrass really balances the variety of Vietnamese flavors they serve. Their ngoc cham sauce is aromatic and true to its roots, though it leans a bit towards the sweeter side. That said, the sweet and sour sauce complements the dishes nicely. While the meals can be a bit saucy overall, the protein is well-prepared; the chicken is particularly good. The beef is tender and has a nice charcoal flavor, and the tofu is perfectly coated—not too soggy or dry. The rice is also cooked well. Overall, I’m always eager to grab lunch from Basil Box. The service at this location is great too.

The food here is both healthy and delicious, and the customer service is incredibly friendly. If you're looking for vegetarian options, the coconut curry tofu is packed with flavor, and there are plenty of vegetable topping choices available as well.

Absolutely amazing experience with Jacky! I love basil box and the service from Jacky was amazing! Even though the mall was quiet at 9:30 pm Jacky gave me such a great experience and amazing service! He was so friendly and gave me great suggestions! Really amazing service and tasty food

Worst Tom yum shrimp noodle soup of my life. Just took a bite and immediately threw it all. Very weird smell. It taste sweets. They put pumpkin seed and fried onion or whatever it is. Ithis is my first time and will definitely not return.
