The rice was strangely crunchy, suggesting it might have been overcooked. The chicken taco was decent, but the tortilla was so soggy that it fell apart on one side, likely because they didn't drain the meat before adding it. The only thing that was hot on the plate was the tamale, which ended up being our favorite item we tried, although it was crunchy on both ends, making it difficult to eat entirely.

However, after hearing some friends rave about it, I finally decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did; it was a fantastic experience! The food was superb, and the prices were quite fair. Our waitress, Stephanie, provided exceptional service. The menu features a wide range of options, including choices for chicken, beef, and pork, as well as vegan options. I will definitely return and bring some friends along. The drink selection is impressive, and the margaritas were exceptional and affordably priced!

As vegetarians, we are grateful for how John and his team always provide us with delicious dishes bursting with amazing flavors. The staff is both professional and friendly, making us feel like part of the Salsa Grill family.
