I would give them zero stars if I could, but I had to select one. They messed up our order, and when we called to let them know, they tried to blame us for the error. They refused to issue a refund unless we returned to the restaurant. We agreed to come back, and they seemed surprised that we were following through to get a refund for their mistake. Chick-fil-a is always good. This situation can get quite a lot to do, but they have a very efficient system to get people through quickly. The last few times, the food was not so consistently fantastic, but still better than other fast food places in the area.

I really didn?t want to post this because I ?? Chick-fil-A, but this was a let down. However the front end manager professionally corrected this mistake. Not sure why your kitchen staff is sending out cold food but kudos to the manager upfront for remaining professional about the matter.
Never had a problem before in the past with this location, but the past two times me and my bf have gotten food the orders has been wrong. They also stared that they will charge now for more than two sauces.. fries are always cold, foods not as good as it used to be.
