Service was fine, but ordered via drive-through, got back to hotel, and no ketchup in the bag. My dudes, you sell burgers and fries. How can you not automatically include ketchup packets in the bag, ya cheapskates? Nice dry meal I had, thx. View all feedback.
Incomplete order. Otherwise everything was very good.
I ordered a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce for my wife who had her wisdom teeth taken out today. Unfortunately I realized when they gave me a vanilla custard that I had accidentally ordered vanilla. The employee working the window told their team to make a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce “stat” and gave it to me for free! What a blessing and a great way to treat customers and get them to return!
My son loves this place – he’s 19! He likes being able to get a frozen custard sundae or a concrete, or just about any drink they have.
Burger was not completely done. I just ate around the raw part.
