The best hidden gem in Minturn! This place is amazing, and I hope it never changes. They serve strong drinks, the service is quick, and the Jalapeño poppers are simply the best you'll ever have. Seriously, they're stuffed with sausage and wrapped in bacon. Forget about your cholesterol and just order one! View all feedback.

The service was terrible. The waitress seated us and then left for over 15 minutes without checking on us. Meanwhile, she attended to another table that she had seated 10 minutes after us. View all feedback.
Only a few places like these still exist in the skiland. great eating, great history, great marmalades. return to the time when skiing was more of a sturdy but.
29 May 2022. new property is rebuilding for this summer. they are closed for the summer season to achieve important improvements. we appreciate the long time.
A friend recommended this place from a previous good experience years back. we went and all got entenfajitas and that was waiting for forever and that was eating.
It's a classic, and they have upgraded! The prices have increased, and the free chips/salsa is gone, but this place is easily still 5 stars. The remodel is beautiful, and much classier. Friendly vibe, quick service, fantastic bartenders. Can't go wrong here whether you just finished the mile or you want to bring your family for dinner. Added some pics of the new menu.
NOT the same as the old Iconic Saloon. Very limited menu, inflated prices, and just not the same. Had been going to The Minturn Saloon for many (30+ years; unfortunately we find the “new” Saloon to be way over priced (but that’s not the problem, we can well afford it , and the menu to be too limited. Used to love the Quail, Duck breast and Chile Rellenos. Too bad, we won’t return.
