The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also rated 4 out of 5. The atmosphere created a cozy environment, which I appreciated and similarly rated a 4 out of 5. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

I particularly enjoyed the spinach enchiladas, which came with a side of delicious rice and black beans. I can never resist the complimentary chips and salsa, either. I tried a skinny margarita, which was surprisingly sweet for its description. Our server was excellent and made sure to check in on us frequently.

The enchiladas... read more My husband and I stopped in Minturn for lunch. I ordered the beef enchilada plate, which came with rice and beans, along with a Modelo Especial. The enchiladas were delicious. My husband had a chicken taco salad, and he enjoyed it as well. The waitstaff was very friendly, and our food arrived quickly. The decor was nice, and the restrooms were clean.
