Every time i go something doesn’t work or they are out of something. People are rude. done with this place.
Number 1! This was the longest I have ever spent in a drive thru in my life. 30 minutes? Really? The bonus is that you can't even leave once you get in line because the driveway has no escape.I don't blame the workers. I blame management.
Hit the drive through at 6pm on a Wed. Was told that they were closed due to computer issues and short staff. The food JUST started getting better here and now this...
Showed up at 4:30pm on a saturday, went through the drive through and they claimed the fryers and grill were off cause the lazy employees on the shift before decided to just leave early. They also said they had no ice cream, or anything else they could serve. This is not my first bad experience with them. I try to give chances to fast food places but they keep failing me. One time I showed up to the drive through and was told “We’ll be with you in one moment.” Only to leave me with nothing for nearly 10 minutes. I left because I had no time left. I know what it’s like working food service, and clearly the employees here just don’t care.
