We were not sure how to enter the restaurant to begin with. Once we figured that out, the hostess was not sure where to seat us even though we had a reservation. She ended up having us sit at a two top near the front door. Our waiter seemed to be the manager and did not spare any extra words. We didn't know that they would bring out bread and a bowl of beans so the bruschetta that we ordered was unnecessary. Neither had much taste. The restaurant was packed and super busy and the tables are crammed in there. Our romantic anniversary celebration was not what we were expecting. The food was good but I would have liked some dialogue with the waiter before ordering. The complimentary dessert for our anniversary was very much appreciated but we were ready to get out of there.
Every member of the management team and wait staff was extremely attentive business dinner couldn't have been more pleasant or successful! Thank you for the energy!
On our reservation we had requested a booth and when we arrived we were told there was no booth available. We then were seated outside where we waited 10 minutes before anyone asked us if we would like a drink. After our drinks arrived we waited approximately another 10 minutes before we could order dinner. Our dinner finally arrived after we had been at our table for 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife ordered Halibut but it was way over cooked and dry. I mentioned this to our waitress after signing the check and she basically dismissed me. I will probably not go back.
This is the 2nd time my wife and I have dined at this restaurant and it won't be the last. The food is wonderful, full of flavor and executed perfectly. My wife had the risotto with lobster and said the risotto was made perfectly. She is Italian so I trust her judgment. I had the seafood over linguini and it was also excellent. Lots of seafood with a sauce that did not overpower the shell fish. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for wonderful Italian food and a great dining experience.
Great place! Excellent service and very good food. Small and loud. But wonderful overall!
