Every time I ordered, whether through the drive-thru or dining in, my order was always incorrect.

The woman at the drive-thru with blonde hair interrupted us while we were placing our order, resulting in the wrong order being taken. She charged us $6.98 for the incorrect drink, set our bagel on the counter, and then ignored our attempts to address the issue and request the bagel. When we inquired about the bagel, she claimed we weren't charged for it and that we'd need to pay an additional $3, which gave us the impression that she might be trying to scam us since we didn't receive a receipt and the combined cost of a bagel and drink is around $6 according to the official menu. We ended up going inside to get the correct drink and were told to be patient, only to receive the same bagel, which was now cold and hard. I wouldn’t recommend coming here; I’ve worked at Dunkin' before, and this level of service is unacceptable.
