Union Bar Grill (main Level Restaurant)

Service was awesome and food was good. First time there and I would try it again when I'm in that part of town.

We had a fun server and the food came out quickly. Payment was delayed due to being very busy but overall we were happy

Food was just OK. It wasn’t anything special. Our server Samantha was exceptional and very friendly.

In my reservation I asked for somewhere quiet? When we arrived we were seated at a high top table in the middle by the bar. Extremely loud with a lot of people coming and going. In the reservation they asked if we were celebrating an event. I noted a birthday. Apparently the information provided on open table is not reviewed by the restaurant. There was no mention of a birthday and our seating was far from a quite area. We were looking for a nice meal in a place we could talk. We didn't want to spend top dollar for seafood and wine at a high top table. This ruined the mood and celebration. We could not tell from the photos that this was actually a bar and not really a restaurant or we wouldn't have kept the reservation. We ended up getting sandwiches so that we could get out and to the theater. The sandwiches were good, but we ordered an appetizer that came when we were halfway through with our meal. I'm not sure that we will go back.

Our server was great! Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she had good recommendations and she also had a great personality!
