Came in to grab lunch before my next flight. Sat at the bar and grabbed a drink and burger. The bartender, Jeff was super nice and made one of his custom drinks for me. Will come again. View all feedback.
What Jim Wilson doesn't like about The Cook The Ox:
Service was good and the atmosphere was fine. But the skirt steak tasted like it sat in teriyaki for a month, and I saw nothing about the 4.25% hospitality charge on the menu or entrance. View all feedback.
We ate here once and the service and food was great. Today we arrived at opening time and staff stayed away from the gate and didn't open it. We waited until 20-30 minutes past opening time and not one staff member approached the gate to say anything. Could have said hey we're running a little late or something but they just avoided us. Really unfortunate because the food is very good here. Whoever the manager is, some customer service re-training may be in order.

Outstanding experience. Highly recommend. The sage on on the table was a beautiful touch. Our server, Tommy, was exceptional

Dominic was some of the best we’ve met. He made drinks quickly, correctly, and with a ton of kind personality. He honestly made our layover fun, and that’s hard to say at an airport. If you’re looking for somewhere to go, for a meal, a drink, and kind staff, come here and make sure if Dominic is working, you sit in his section.
