Laura was our Waitress, she literally was the best waitress, she was sweet and she even had students come and dedicate a whole section to her with her pictures and everything, can tell she’s passionate person that takes pride in what she does. Terrible! the waiter steal and fit the tips on taking and when they are brought to the managements attention they lie and say they will correct it without results. does not even earn 1 star View all feedback.
Got a pickup order, came in. we had to wait 1 hour until some sliders were made. They don't take that long to make. so we were there waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes when it could have been 20 or 25 minutes. but, the manager said we could have a free cheesecake so that is what makes it two stars. It was EXTREMELY annoying and aggravating. Disappointed in the cheesecake factory. Never eating here again.
It was my first time here and my bf took me out for a birthday dinner. This place is absolutely amazing with delicious food (plenty to choose from) and amazing staffs. To start off, their wheat bread with warm, soft and fluffy with a tint of sweetness to it. Spread some butter onto that and take a bite?Omg it just melts in your mouth! Both entrees we ordered was just sooo good that we couldn?t stop complimenting and mention that we have to make another trip back to the Cheesecake Factory once more. Best place for dinner!!!!!!
I had some videos I would like to share but I don?t know how to upload videos anymore apparently. But I give it a three star because the food is all right I think it?s more about the experience than anything. Cheesecake is always a nice vibe and great lighting. It is more on the pricey side, average 18$ a plate? the cheesecake is most definitely worth it though! Perfect place for a first date ? I would recommend. There will most definitely be some thing you guys would both like to eat, they have a very large menu.
For a place called The Cheesecake Factory it certainly did not look like one. More like a palace. The menu is absolutely vast in cheesecake choices alone, let 's not even talk about the rest. We ended up trying out three different appetizers to begin with before even settling on on the cheesecakes we wanted. Everything was splendid.
The reservation policies at this restaurant are incredibly frustrating. They do not accept online reservations for larger groups, despite the fact that I often dine with parties of 10-18 people. Instead, we are forced to make reservations in person and then wait 1-2 hours for our table to be ready. This has consistently resulted in a waste of our time and a negative dining experience. Despite the restaurant offering a diverse menu with options for everyone, I do not plan on returning to Cheesecake Factory and would not recommend it for groups larger than 4 people.
