T Rex Cookie - Minneapolis

This place is awesome!! The staff is always so kind and the cookies are delicious. The peanut butter the s'mores cookies are some of my favorites! The flavors rotate so there is always something new to try!

I've been going since she started at the farmers market in Minneapolis. I brought my boyfriend, and he was amazed at how big and delicious the cookies are. They cost $5 each, and they're always freshly made.

The cookies here are incredible—each one is as big as your face! At just $4, you definitely get your money’s worth with these generous portions. I love that the cookies stay soft and chewy, just like any great cookie should! The hours might seem a bit odd to some, but that’s just because the owners manage multiple locations across the Twin Cities. If you can stop by, you'll find a wide variety of flavors, including some classic options and new ones to experiment with. There’s truly something for everyone who enjoys baked goods!

It has been incredible to watch this cookie business evolve from its humble beginnings into what it is today. The atmosphere is super laid-back and cozy, complemented by a fantastic outdoor patio. T-Rex supports numerous local artists and makers, showcasing a rotating selection of their artwork each month, and even commissioned a mural for the exterior wall! It will be a real shame if this business has to relocate due to real estate development. I highly recommend visiting before that happens!

A nice store that has a pleasant small variety of cookies! They have a food truck for those days in which they are not open (about every other- check website for updated hours). Price is about $4 per cookie, with a selection of clearance available for $3/2. This small business has also partner for some charitable events so if you get a cookie, you may be helping out someone else!
