Starbucks Coffee Co - Minneapolis

The service at this restaurant is consistently very slow. There are two people working behind the counter, yet there's usually a line of 4-5 customers waiting. It's a frustrating experience with no urgency in sight.

I usually enjoy getting coffee at this Target Starbucks because the employees are typically friendly. However, today was a different story. They made a mistake with my order, giving me a caramel frappuccino instead of an espresso. When I asked for a remake, the barista seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, she made the same mistake again, and the drink still had whipped cream and caramel drizzle, which I don’t consume. I really don’t understand why there’s an issue here, especially since I’ve never had problems with orders at other Starbucks locations.

This Starbucks is the only option for many working people in the area looking for a quick coffee. However, there's a persistent staffing issue that has been going on for quite some time, and it seems like the owner isn't addressing it.

I'm thinking I got there around 7:30 in the morning right before my appointment they were still setting up things were out of order in disarray unkept n needed housekeeping I had to wait in lineI asked questions about what will be the best drink since I typically go to Caribou what could you make for me I guess I irritated her cuz I a Caribou drinker shouldn't be in a Starbucks store I guessI'll know that in the future huh anyway I asked another question and the server the staff personnel got loud and quick n her tone so I'll just say thank you my drink was warm and tasted a little bit like a turtle mocha but not quite I asked what could they sprinkle on it what type of toffee n was told nothing and yes I registered my target reward cardThanks for helping me make a sound decision to not ever purchase at your Starbucks again

Bad attitude women. we came to target and stopped by dieucks. we have some great laughs. there was no sugar, honey, milk, rode, nothing. when we asked where the coffee-peewurds were the women looked at us funny and answered nothing. we looked for it and found nothing. per latte was almost 6 per 14-16oz and its .99 coffee at the fuel stations. After we were infidelity, we noticed that the floor was unclean. we stood there for two minutes, and the barista and her coworkers put hot milk from the stainless steel milk warmer on a half empty gallon milk that was left on the worktop. we left our drinks on the counter and went away
