North 45 Restaurant - Minneapolis

I called the restaurant to change the reservation for our wedding party to 13 people. When we arrived, it seemed that the restaurant was not prepared for our group. It took 30 minutes to receive water and utensils, and nearly an hour before we were able to place our order. When we asked for assistance, the hostess sent another waiter who had a disagreement with the first server. We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes before seeing another server. Despite these issues, the food was good. However, we were surprised to find that we were charged for breakfast, even though it was included in our room price. We called the hotel and they agreed to reverse the charges. Overall, the staff seemed confused and inexperienced, making for a disappointing dining experience.

The service was terrible. it took 30 minutes to get water and koks. they never got the appetizers they ordered. it took an hour to get food. the check came back to me false credit card. only one server for the whole restaurant. embarrassed with customers for lunch.

We had a large group there. They were very attentive and kind. The food was delicious!!!!

I wanted to celebrate my daughter with her friends. the restaurant had no customers when we arrived and it took 5 minutes to get space. the service was slow and the food was average for the price we paid for it.

Eating was okay, but nothing special. better than eating fast, but they don't cost. kellner was not excessively ambitious or friendly. faster service, but we were the only ones there for 1/2 hour.
