Description

Crafted with passion and served with care, Muhim's Café is a unique culinary gem in the heart of the Lyndale Neighborhood. Opened on December 1st, this inviting space is the brainchild of Muhim, a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to blending Somali and U.S. culture, among others, into a harmonious dining experience. As a woman and BIPOC owned business, Muhim's Café stands as a testament to resilience and community spirit, particularly in light of the challenges faced by the neighborhood after the riots that left its building in ruins. Muhim's commitment to environmental consciousness is evident in every aspect of her café, which not only aims to serve delicious food but also to contribute positively to the revitalization of Lake Street. By choosing to establish her café at 115 East Lake Street, Muhim hopes to play a pivotal role in rebuilding and rejuvenating the community. If you are looking to experience a truly unique blend of flavors and cultures, or if you simply want to connect with a place that cares deeply about its community, come visit Muhim's Café. Your support helps nurture this vision of integration, resilience, and community healing. I've been on a quest for the best chai in the twin cities. After trying the chai from Muhim's, my search has ended. Mind blowing! And if you like a London fog, try their Somali tea latte! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
