If Happy Cow didn't require me to give this non-vegan establishment four stars, I would give it 10. It's still the best in the city. I normally only eat at five-star vegan restaurants, but I can't stop thinking about the delicious luck dragon tofu appetizer here. What T doesn't like about Lucky Dragon:
The beef tenderloin mushroom stir-fry was missing the bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and baby corn that were listed on the menu, and instead only had a bunch of green peppers. Additionally, the fresh spring rolls did not come with cilantro, which is essential for authentic spring rolls. The food was bland and lacked flavor and spice. View all feedback.

I have been going to this takeout restaurant since 2016 when I was in college. Their Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes in the Twin Cities - I crave it all the time! It is absolutely perfect.
