Always good to eat. Fast, big servers and chefs are consistent!!! a comforting place, many work meetings; and always reminds me of home, food is awesome, much when parking, clean, and the toilets are always clean, and smells good work people! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
We didn't have such good experiences. We had a new very nice waiting person who appeared new and tried very hard. Old coffee from another table!! She apologized, but didn't bring us a new pot. We had to add it to our old coffee. I should have insisted on new cups, but it was annoyed that she would make us DIDN'T. They're looking for their feelings. Amazing experience with Katt! I took my codes here in the late night, they were short on the staff, but she was still able to receive excellent customer service, and some anonymous person paid for our tab! Family of 5!
I worked at ihop as one of my first cooking jobs. So I know the fight with the food service. I had a bad experience with ihop a few years ago. Today I decided to try again. I'm so glad I did. The food was perfect. Sarah e. was my server and was in the evening. I definitely come back.
Love the diversity they offer with fresh meals that come up on time and amazing managers ... to get the customers concerns and food instantly...Try the Strawberry French Toast and T-Bone Steak Combo
Friendly staff working this morning when I was there. Food was excellent! Food came fast and never even had to ask for a refill. The gal brought it over before I could finish the first cup.
Very clean facility I was able to get a tour through the facility and it was very clean food taste very good and I was informed that there is a new menu also comes with this menu will be a new IHOP Happy hour from 3:00 to 9:00 and they will update their menu so I look forward to it. Very great servers they took care of me and treated me well. And the food was very good quality I had a burger and some pancakes and some other things and it was absolutely fantastic. Compared to a year before this business has made a 180 and it does great I recommend this to anyone from city college students older people etc welcome all
