The attentive team of four made sure I was well taken care of. The food was outstanding and always served with a smile. I highly recommend the lemon meringue pie, pancakes, eggs, and daily specials – everything was delightful. It’s a fantastic spot to try for everyone. Plus, it's a great independent business worth supporting!

The space can feel small when it’s full, but the staff is friendly and the cook is fantastic. Thank you, Ideal Diner!

No joke, it did not disappoi... read more I've driven by this place countless times and have been eager to try it ever since I saw the sign advertising homemade corned beef. No joke, it did not disappoint! I also ordered a Reuben and a slice of their lemon pie to enjoy later for lunch—delicious! The chips were a little stale, but that didn’t bother me. I found my new favorite breakfast spot, and I was shocked by their prices! I'm used to spending nearly $20 for just one meal, but my total for everything was only $22.90! It really blew my mind!

Love ma pa's breakfast joints like this but also serve burger and sandwiches with all the sidesin-between. Staff is extremely efficient and always keep coffee hot fresh in your cup. Even if your not in the area it'sworth going out of your way to fill up at this northeast staple. I suggest my recent favorite the Chorizo Benedict if you're inthe mood for breakfast
