I admire the creative use of ingredients and pairings that you wouldn't necessarily think of going well together (the server was very knowledgeable about the wine pairings). The liver tart was the best. I liked the pop of herring roe with the celeriac noodles. However, the duck was a little chewy and the pavlova was a little too sweet. The amuses were an unexpected treat (artichoke consommé and cucumber sorbet). Can't wait to come back.

We didn't do the full tasting menu, but chose several items. All were outstanding and the service was impeccable. The restaurant was lively, but not too noisy, so we could have great conversation. A very enjoyable evening. We will be back!
