And their food truck, Butcher Salt!! We already loved the food at Dot's Gray, so we hired their food truck to cater our wedding. Everything was incredible! Their food was AMAZING as always, and our guests were honestly shocked at how good the meal was people kept coming up to tell us that! We had 200 guests and the food quality was never diminished and their service was very efficient. Portions are also large! Furthermore, their staff was so friendly and accommodating from the sales manager to the lead chefs to the crew serving on our wedding day everyone was so kind and helpful. As a professional wedding planner myself, I highly recommend Butcher Salt!
