came with a family of 10. they wait 15 minutes for the server or manager to tell us they only have one cook and can not serve us. they totally refused us. how was it between 2 parties of 5? remember that one of the 10 was a 7 months old child, so really eat 9. worst experience. View all feedback.
Didn’t pick up the phone when trying to order, 30 minute wait for dine in when we arrived! Empty restaurant with host that disappeared, absolutely awful experience. Americas diner no more, totally disappointing!
The restaurant needs to clean their carpet as it is very dirty. Despite my enjoyment of the food, the unclean environment makes me hesitant to dine there.
The service at this restaurant was awful. The food was not served hot and our waiter had a half-smoked cigarette behind his ear. The staff was very rude when they were busy.
Don't recommend. We get there with 9 of us and was told to leave as they can't serve us all. We then asked if we could do 2 tables and apparently the cook said no they can't feed all of us. So what, the next 9 people they aren't going to feed? Ridiculous.
