Many arrived to discover an open seating policy, leading to long waits and confusion. Patrons reported waiting excessively for food and drinks, often missing critical schedules. The lack of preparation for busy game days compounded frustrations, with staff struggling to manage the influx. Concerns about service professionalism and the unexpected absence of essential items, like Guinness, left a disappointing impression, overshadowing the potential charm of this establishment, turning anticipated meals into regrettable experiences.
This is a great neighborhood spot to enjoy a delicious meal without any fuss. The atmosphere is like that of a local bar. Our server was excellent!
The food overall was average. The appetizers were delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, and our server, AJ, provided excellent service.
We had made a reservation, but upon arrival, we were informed that they do not take reservations on game days. Despite this, we were able to secure a table, although two of us had to stand.
We made reservations, but when we got there it was open seating and there wasn’t an open table in the place. Went to Mercury down the street, which was amazing.
