Description

Despite high hopes and reservations, diners have faced significant challenges at this restaurant, commonly stemming from understaffing and mismanagement. Many arrived to discover an open seating policy, leading to long waits and confusion. Patrons reported waiting excessively for food and drinks, often missing critical schedules. The lack of preparation for busy game days compounded frustrations, with staff struggling to manage the influx. Concerns about service professionalism and the unexpected absence of essential items, like Guinness, left a disappointing impression, overshadowing the potential charm of this establishment, turning anticipated meals into regrettable experiences.

Went there before a concert. There were a ton of open tables but no staff. We waited for 1/2 hour and no one even came over. I asked if we could order food and they told us we’d have to move tables into the only servers section. We eventually got our food after 45 mins and it was good but I’ll never go back.

Service was awful.. It was seat yourself so I get how that can make a server really busy but there was no apology for taking so long. I had to ask 3 times for a water. We were there before a concert and ran into 2 other groups of people who also had bad experiences. The drinks were expensive for the small glass it comes in. I would never go here again.

If being ignored by your server, eating with plastic cutlery and, literally, never getting your food (even after reminding your server) is your idea of a fun night out, this is the place for you.

Dingy old pub hasn’t changed in decades. Plenty of room to meet friends, but unless you’re drinking their happy hour special it’s rather overpriced. I paid $14 for a shot of Jameson! In response to the owner’s request, I was there on 9/15/22 andwas told it was that price because I didn’t get it on the rocks. Glad I got my tab after only two!

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was fantastic and reminded me of my hometown. I especially enjoyed the back room area where we could have a comfortable chat. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the pizza was exceptional! My friend ordered it, so I can't recall the exact name, but it was an all-meat pizza and it was absolutely delicious!
