It also functions as a cooking school for children. Those who complain about the customer service are likely just impatient and unaware of the important mission behind the cookie box. This place is more than just a bakery; it's a Life Learning Center and a safe haven for young people. If the cashier were a rude 35-year-old, that might warrant a one-star rating. But if the cashier is a 14-year-old learning the ropes of her first job, she deserves some understanding and patience.
