This is the best Chipotle in Minneapolis. The burritos are delicious, always generously filled, and rarely fall apart. The staff is incredibly fast, often completing orders before the scheduled pickup time. Workers don't have a welcoming presents . When asking for extras it's a hassle especially when the food is fully stocked and it's at night with less than 2-3 people being served.I refuse going to this one and go to ones in Crystal , Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn which have better services. Unfortunately, this place fits the current chipotle trend to be a disaster and decorate baby buttons of the protein. Better options nearby.
Don't bother ordering online. I could have stood in the line 5 times over and gotten food faster than it took the one guy in the back that was processing online orders. I get that staffing is an issue, but they shouldn't take online orders if they don't have the capacity. In-house service is good though.
Pretty disappointed. Door dashed a chipotle bowl, ordered double Barbacoa and arrived with hardly any meat. $17+ dollar bowl. Do not recommend this location.
They have forgotten my online order twice in 3 weeks, and the first was completely wrong when I got back tk eat it.
Pricing isn 't marked very well. Portion size isn 't worth their downtown prices. And to get a tortilla on the side incurs an extra cost? If I get a burrito, there 's no tortilla cost. Another reason Qdoba is better
