The place was a bit me... read more The taste of the new steak bowl was delicious! The service staff was very cool laid back friendly, and the food was fresh from the grill! The place was a bit messy from the dinner time hustle n bussle of #Minneapolis Downtown on #holidazzle weekend, butthe #artwork hanging made up for it 100%. Definitely a human place to relax and grab a bite to eat. If the restrooms has beenopen, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

I highly recommend avoiding delivery – consider this your warning. I've ordered from here many times, and every single order has been incorrect. I simply ask for crunchy chicken tacos with extra cheese and sour cream, yet they always send soft tacos instead. I can't even eat them because they make me feel sick, rendering my meal completely useless. They never reach out to inform me when an item is unavailable or offer any reimbursement. I've never received the extra cheese or sour cream I requested, and when they do include toppings, it’s only a tiny amount. I often order in advance to avoid stock issues, yet it seems they might just be out of items from the start. Additionally, when I order large chips, they give very few, and they're often stale, even if I order right when they open. The burritos also seem to have shrunk. In short, do not order delivery from this location unless you want to waste your money. After reading some other reviews, it appears that this specific location has significant management issues, as I've never had such problems with any other Chipotle. Clearly, I will not be returning to this location.

The customer service was excellent. It was refreshing to see a burrito packed just like they used to make them when they first opened in Minnesota; it was so large that the employee nearly struggled to wrap it. My bowl was also generously portioned. The staff served with a smile, even when I changed my mind after she had already totaled my order to add a Coke. If I choose to return to a Chipotle, it will definitely be this one.
