It's frustrating to have to come back for something that was missing. It would be best to issue a refund at the time of pickup and communicate the issue then. This way, the rest of the meal can remain hot and fresh when they get home. Seriously, this is important!

The world's smallest burrito—it's even smaller than my small banana! Talk about shrinkflation. I paid $19 and received something that's barely worth $5. I’m never ordering again. The meat inside was dry, and I basically got a crumpled tortilla.

Along with the subpar food, the staff was quite rude, making for a terrible experience overall. My burrito was cold just five minutes after I picked it up, the rice was tough, and it was filled with an excessive amount of sour cream—around 40-50%. It was barely edible. Overall, I had a terrible experience. Save your money and choose Taco Bell or any other place instead.

My burrito was cold 5 minutes after pick up, the rice was hard, and it was literally like 40-50% sour cream. Itwas barely edible. Just awful. Save your money and go to taco bell instead, or literally anywhere else.

And have to come back. Just refund them the money at the time of pick upand let them know. That way the rest of the meal isn't cold when they get back home to finally eat it. SMH
