I never leave Yap reviews, but I had to experience this terrible experience. no cute in restaurant, the entire pop machine is broken and sprays over it when they try to use it. the juice containers look like they have not been cleaned for months. the doors were locked during business hours and instead of unlocking them, the employees had opened other customers the door for people who emigrate. once I was here, they ran out chips (how do they run out chips? and instead of reimbursing me, they told me to go to the app and apply for a refund themselves. they have actually only available online order. the only reason why I always come to this place is how convenient it is for me, but do not come to this chipotle stand when they have the option.

My burrito was co... read more I think this is the worst burrito I've ever had anywhere, chipotle or otherwise. Between that and the rude employees this place is just awful. My burrito was cold 5 minutes after pick up, the rice was hard, and it was literally like 40-50% sour cream. Itwas barely edible. Just awful. Save your money and go to taco bell instead, or literally anywhere else.

Pro tip for staff if an online order comes in, and you are out of something that was ordered/paid for, let the customer know when they come to pick it up. Not w... read more Pro tip for staff if an online order comes in, and you are out of something that was ordered/paid for, let the customer know when they come to pick it up. Not when they get home. And have to come back. Just refund them the money at the time of pick upand let them know. That way the rest of the meal isn't cold when they get back home to finally eat it. SMH
