We visit this place frequently! I highly recommend it to both locals and newcomers to the NE area. It's truly a hidden gem! As a vegetarian, I find the menu, which is mostly meat-focused, still offers excellent vegetarian options. The service is great, and it’s a family-friendly atmosphere that’s also perfect for a fun date night. The vibe is casual and lively.
The food is absolutely outstanding. Although it has been some time since I've dined in, I found the takeout service during COVID-19 to be really excellent.
Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The humitas stood out as particularly tasty. We also enjoyed cheese empanadas and a few other dishes. Overall, every dish we had was fantastic! The humitas were especially noteworthy.
Food totally hit the spot. Shrimp Ceviche was on point. Chicken stew was hearty and flavorful, as was the roast pork. Each side was yummy and contributed to the whole. Will be back! Only real downside is we were largely ignored by our otherwise nice server. We didn't need anything, but we weren't checked on, and waited a long time for each interaction from start to finish.
