Description

Nestled in Northeast Minneapolis, this trendy restaurant offers a lively atmosphere and a unique taco experience, though opinions on the cuisine are mixed. Highlights include flavorful yuca fries, exceptional nopales, and impressive ceviche. Customers enjoyed the fast, QR-code ordering system but found the service lacking, as they had to fetch their own drinks and navigate lack of allergen information. While many praised the vibrant vibe and creativity in dishes, others criticized some tacos for being bland and mushy. Overall, it’s a fun spot for social dining or corporate outings, but those seeking authentic Mexican flavors may want to explore other options.

First place, this place is only credit card, and they order on their handy from their table. I'd usually just go by and the hipsters have it. that is, the personal was friendly, the food was great, and if I wanted to get a coffee at the venue next door, they let me take it, as some articles from their coffeeshop are not on their restaurant menu. the kevich was a perfect balance of fish, zitrus and season. the guacamole was quite normal without risk of going there. the nopales were however exceptional.

Centro is a great Mexican restaurant. They've got a great selection of tacos, quesadillas, and other filling options. Food is flavorful and in laege-quantities. There is a lunch special as well. You order and pay via a QR code, and food is delivered to your table. The decor is quite nice. Service is pretty quick. I would definitely go again.

The food was good and fresh, the wait staff was very friendly. The location is great but eating outside is basically on the road, welcome to the Midwest, but it’s a nice place. BTW don’t park in the paid parking across the street. I got ripped for $10 on a quiet Tuesday and Centro doesn’t validate parking. I park in the center of Cannes and pay less than that

Love the option of just coming in and scanning a QR code for food and drinks! One of the only places I know with margarita pitchers! During the summer, Centro has an incredible patio, but during the winter, the inside can be a tad cramped. All their tacos are amazing, but the Crunchwrap could be better when comparing it to TBell. High recommend if you like a more causal yet vibrant time.

It's a good experience. Everyone enjoyed their food. Drinks were good. I would go back if I need a likable taco spot in part of NE. These are good tacos. The portions are definitely stand out from most places, they load them up with meat. This being said, there are definitely better taquerias at this price point in Minneapolis. We liked the queso dip and tres lece cake as well. There's not much to say about the service as ordering is done on your phone.
