Although it was in a store and somewhat confusing while finding in the parking lot, the staff was very friendly and helped me with my orders. The drinks were delicious. View all feedback.
What Otis Jaskolski doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Only one person in front of me and waited 20 minutes for 2 blended drinks. Dakota made hot chocolate wrong for the person in front of me and I had to wait for hers to be remade. There were four people working there should be no reason to wait 20 minutes for two drinks when there isn?t even a line of people View all feedback.
I went to the Caribou in order to work on my laptop. While I wouldn't say it was the best for that, it was ok. Plus, everything else was good. If you're just going to get coffee this is a great place!
If you're a Lunds Byerly's customer and know that they can contain Caribou Coffees, you're in luck. If you're not privy to such knowledge, good luck finding the store as THERE IS NO CARIBOU SIGN ON THE BUILDING'S EXTERIOR, THE DOORS, OR THE MALL MARQUEE. Fortunately, the staff is friendly and they've got good beverages.

Although it was located inside a store and a bit tricky to find in the parking lot, the staff was very friendly and assisted me with my orders. The drinks were delicious.
They frequently run out of half-and-half on weekends, and instead, since they’re located in a grocery store, they offer heavy cream as a substitute. When I suggested that they should stock up on half-and-half, they told me they can’t. It’s really disappointing to see such poor inventory management, especially since this happens so often.
