This restaurant is incredible! The food is outstanding, with vibrant flavors that really stand out. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic dining experience. As a vegan, I really appreciate how they always create something special for me. Their staff treats you like family and genuinely cares about your experience. I absolutely love this place! What Laura A dislikes about The Butcher Block In M:
The restaurant was nearly empty, and the waitstaff seemed uninterested in serving our family of four. We were brought stale bread and dishes that were poorly prepared. When our food eventually arrived, the lamb chops were tiny, and the mushrooms were overly salty. The spaghetti and meatballs were also drowned in salt. The squash ravioli I tasted was sitting in a watery, salty broth, so I had to send it back. It was a... View all feedback.

Words cannot express how disappointing the dinner I had here was. I had the gnocchi with red sauce and sausage. Suprisingly, the food came out super...

The food was uninspired to say the least. I have never had such over-sauced pasta in my life! AND the cheese they put on top must have been pre grated ans off the shelf.bread that was serves was so dry and the olive oil was bitter/rancid. I have never seen so many roaming staff doing absolutely nothing. My waitress was fine, but that is over selling it. All in all, the restaraunt has the feeling of someone used to care for this place but has since given up. Which is depressingly unfortunate in such a lovely area. Save your Self the curiosity, call bar la grassa this instant and make a reservation or just go to olive garden. Either way, you know what you are paying for. The best food handled with the most care and attention or olive garden.

My Girlfriend and I went to the Butcher Block last night for a post Valentine's Day dinner (Wednesday night). Went there at 7:40PM. Was pretty empty, but had nice ambiance. We started out with the Bruschetta. It was amazing! The portion size of them is actually large than you will usually find. More of a Texas toast style Bruschetta than the traditional Baguette style bread most use. We then ordered the Short Ribs and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The portion size for the Short Ribs was decent, but for 30, was a bit expensive, though I would argue it is worth it. The short rib was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. My girlfriend had the spaghetti and meatballs. She enjoyed it, and from trying the meatballs and pasta/sause myself, I can say safely that they have a very good sauce and meatball mix. Very flavorful. Overall, was very satisfied with the restaurant.
